Meditation / Book Study – via Zoom

April 5 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Join us for an evening of meditation and book study. We are currently reading “Mindfulness in Plain English” by Bhante Gunaratana. The evening is split between 45 minutes of meditation, a short break, and then reading (out loud) and discussing the book.

All are welcome, no experience necessary.
